What is a WIP asset?
WIP (Work In Progress) refers to a new-build development that has been left unfinished, usually due to financial difficulties of the original developer. AssetRent Capital acquires them at a reduced price, completes the construction, and sells the finished product below the equivalent market price.

In the WIP Co-Investment program, the projected return ranges between 23% and 25% on invested capital within a 10-14 month timeframe. For other off-market assets, profitability varies depending on the asset type, location, and strategy (rental, renovation + sale, etc.).
Do I need prior real estate investment experience?
